Andsodesigns Shipping Policy

We will process your order within 3-7 business days.

Any address changes needs to be confirmed before your parcel is prepared in order to receive it. â€‹Please checked your order details before submitting a payment. We only send out receipts after your order is processed by our secure payment portal. Any changes after this procedure will result in delays.

Local and Domestic Shipping

- Delivery times vary based on your location.

We use Australia Post as our delivery provider for local/domestic order deliveries.

The deliveries are typically expected to arrive at your local to Australia address within 7 business days after processing.

International Shipping

- International orders are delivered typically within 15-30 business days.

- In some cases where your town might not have a post office service the delivery changes couriers several times and delivery may take up to 3 months.

- Depending on the border restrictions, quarantines for your local areas, shipping laws for your councils & other unforeseen activities that are not related to the Australian postal services, any delays from the Andsodesigns studio directly will be clearly indicated with an email notification.

- Please make sure the recipients email address, delivery address and mobile number is provided.

 

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the parcels and the final destination/delivery address details. The shipping fees will show clearly before checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services or any natural events that may occur.

 

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties or local fees incurred by their postal/delivery service centres. And these fees cannot be claimed from this website or it's owner.

LOSS AND DAMAGE NOTICE:

- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us by replying to your order confirmation email.

- We will do our best to assist you in resolving transit issues.

- Any unforeseen losses, damage to the content of the package, or undelivered item and/or in transit theft is not covered by our insurance - that remains your responsibility as we ensure that every parcel that leaves the Andsodesigns studio does so on time and with proof from the Australian postal services that your packages is safe in their care.

- Your parcel will be kept safe and secure while in transit with Australian postal services.
