Andsodesigns Returns Policy
Returns Policy of Physical Products:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be sealed, unused, in their pre-delivery condition, and in their original packaging, unopened. For customized items, or the Self-Mastery Membership Gift Box, there will be no returns accepted as this item is delivered to the Self-Mastery members free of charge!
To initiate a physical product return, please send the parcel back with paid postage & include a copy of your invoice with your order number. Once we receive & inspected the item & find it undamaged, un-tampered & in good condition.
We will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
No change of mind returns accepted!

Digital Product Return Policy:
- All sales of digital products are final.
- Due to the nature of our digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital items.
If you experience any delays or issues with your digital purchase, please check all your email folders for the downloadable items. If you have any further unresolved digital product download problems, please reply to the last email you received from us.

SALES NOTICE:
All DIGITAL SALES ARE FINAL
Once your a digital product leaves the checkout que it is processed and the sale is complete - it cannot be returned or refunded!

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
- A physical product must remain in its box, fully wrapped and unopened (without it's original sealed packaging a parcel will not be accepted for returns).
- You may not open the parcel packaging and must contact us within 7 days of the order delivery date.
- Send a polite email as your first contact (this does not equate a return or refund was approved - it is strictly for quality control).
- We do not accept returns for damaged or lost goods - this includes damage incurred during shipping, products that are manhandled, or items that were lost in transit.

MISSED SHIPPING DEADLINES:
- If we missed delivering your order within the reasonable allowed number of days as stipulated on your Australian Post delivery label and email, we will consider a refund only after the product is returned, unopened, and in good condition - no fees will be returned until we have receive the entire contents of the delayed items.

LOST OR THEFT:
- If your parcel was stolen from your home after delivery we are not liable for any mismanagement or safety if the products were left unattended.
- Once any physical product leaves the Andsodesigns studio it is considered shipped & on it's way to the delivery address provided.
- Resolve any losses or damage through the shipping company or postal services used.
- We are not able to monitor packages during handling, or while in transit.

We carefully package each order and membership welcome pack in a rigid flat mailer or sturdy shipping tube or an appropriate stiffened envelope to ensure orders arrive in good condition. We are grateful that you selected a beautiful product from the Andsodesigns studio made with love by our designer, Tanya J. de Wet. We promise that your package will arrive in the best way possible, in the most satisfying way.
In case you had a change-of-mind & purchased a product you no longer need or want, could you please pass it on to someone who could enjoy it as we can not accept any change-of-mind or regret purchases. Please donate it as a loving gift to a stranger, or give it to a friend who will enjoy receiving something special from you.
