This includes, but is not limited to, written materials, photographs, presentations, slides, handouts, workbooks, guided practices, meditations, teaching materials, program materials, course content, documents, resources, original creative works & other materials developed as part of my professional work, my teachings, my philosophies or methodologies.
Sharing my work in person, online, at a workshop, during a retreat, as part of or in whole as a presentation, consultation or other events does not transfer ownership or copyrights to the organisers, hosts, venues, participants or audiences.
Where my professional materials are provided as part of a presentation or experience, they are provided for the purpose for which they were shared. Unless I have given specific written permission, they are not provided for reproduction, redistribution, publication, adaptation, incorporation into another programs, commercial use, teaching, training, recording, translation, AI processing, or presentation by another person business or institution.
My slides, handouts, written resources & supporting materials may be photographed by others, viewed on a shared platform or received by participants as part of an experience, but this does not grant permission to reproduce, copy, teach from, adapt, distribute or present those materials independently - once my content is shared online, it is common courtesy to tag me in moments of presence.
My professional programs, including Alpha Flow™ & Write it to Ignite it™, together with their associated materials, teachings & resources, remain my intellectual property. Permission to experience or participate in one of my sessions does not constitute permission for another person or organisation to deliver, reproduce or incorporate those sessions or their materials into their own events or programs.
Where I am invited to contribute to another person's event, retreat, gathering or organisation, my contribution remains my own professional work unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
On a personal note:
I value generosity, give freely of myself and my lifelong endearing efforts to collaborations & the sharing of knowledge. Protecting my intellectual property is not intended to diminish that spirit. It simply provides clarity around what I have created, what I am choosing to share, and the permission that accompanies the spirit of sharing.
If you would like to reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, teach from or otherwise use any of my original professional materials or content beyond the purpose for which they were originally shared, please contact me directly for written permission.
