Returns Policy of Physical Products:

We refund only for un-opened packages. All items must stay in the package, be sealed in it's original wrapping. Postage for returns are the buyer's responsibility.

All customized personal brand items, patterns, logo designs, book covers, postcard sets & self-mastery goods sales are final.

We do not do refunds or give credit for in-transit damage or lost goods - we take the utmost care to secure your parcel before shipping & send it to you with love.

Returns Policy on Digital Products:

All sales of digital products, printables & downloads are final.

Due to the nature of digitally provided downloads, we do not offer refunds.

If you experience delays or issues with your digital purchases:

please check all your email folders, including promotions, socials & other hidden folders
all digital portals, platforms or page access for logins are dependant on a sign up or sign in to activate your subscriptions & automations
to locate all file-share downloads - please sign in to our member's area on the top right of every page on our website
to find all your monthly membership lessons - login to the vipmembervault portal >>>HERE

If you have any unresolved digital product download problems, please reply to your confirmation email or any other email received from us for assistance.

To avoid frustration, our technical assistance team do not work on weekends.

Please ensure you are using:

chrome or a similar service provider (safari & firefox are problematic)
use a compatible device like PC, laptop, macbook, ipad or mobile
you have high speed internet
your devices are set up to receive java script, mp3, mp4, jpeg, pdf, ppxt, & photos
our file formats are provided after your purchase is complete - allow at least 4-6 hours for digital file delivery
refresh your page between sessions if it slows down or feels 'glitchy'

Urgent Notice:

We retains all copyrights to our products post sale - it does not become yours to exploit, tailor, use as your own, or resell after purchase. Refrain from duplicating in any way or to either digitally or manually copy any part of it for distribution, or reproduction as your own.

All materials are supplied to students, members & patron with permission for personal use only.

To obtain permission, please write to request permission from the artists, our illustrators, or our publishers.
