In the workshop Tanya guides you through interactive lessons that flow alongside the gorgeous workbook. To create flow in your learning, we'll add all the lessons for the Dip Pen Inking Sunflowers workshop in the Creatives Way to Mindful Self-mastery's membership portal to expand your skills, devote a little time to your sketchbook habits & draw Sunflowers with interesting inking variations.
 
My approach to inking with a Dip Pen & Ink is a little 'un-traditional' simply because I want you to enjoy a more playful side. It will also give you permission to be messy & go with the flow when you accidentally create a blob of ink.
 
Experimenting in your workbook or in your sketchbooks is a wonderful way to practice your new Dip Pen Inking skills. Keep an eye out for the bonus videos!
 
What you'll find in the lessons:
Lesson 1 - We'll go over the Tools & Supplies which is honestly the easiest assembly ever.
Lesson 2 - I'll tell you all about the Class Project, The Workbook (new version coming on the 3rd anniversary of this class)
Lesson 3 - We'll start with smaller projects, draw them out in pencil & jump in to ink the first one.
Lesson 4 - Adding delicate hatching, cross hatching & several ways I play with textures.
Lesson 5 - Transform a big blobby mess without being scared to turned that into an accidental showpiece with seriously thick linework blended perfectly with thin fine lines.
Lesson 6 - Very few people love their own handwriting & after this class you'll have basic inking practices for using your own hand lettering as typography.
Lesson 7 - A Class is not be complete without a pep talk as I encourage you to continue your creative journey.
